DESCRIPTION: SVROUN The National Weather Service in Norman has issued a * Severe Thunderstorm Warning for... Southern Clay County in northern Texas... * Until 1000 PM CDT. * At 910 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line extending from 6 miles southwest of Terral to 6 miles northwest of Newport to 7 miles south of Windthorst, moving east at 20 mph. HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees. * Locations impacted include... Henrietta, Windthorst, Bellevue, Bluegrove, Newport, Lake Arrowhead, Joy, Vashti, and Shannon.
INSTRUCTION: For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a building. Torrential rainfall is occurring with these storms, and may lead to flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways. A Tornado Watch remains in effect for the warned area.

The final form taken by a growing cumulus cloud is the
cumulonimbus cloud, which is very tall and dense.
The tower of a cumulonimbus cloud can soar 23 km into the atmosphere, although
most commonly they stop growing at an altitude of 6 km.
Even small cumulonimbus clouds appear very large in comparison to other cloud types.
They can signal the approach of stormy weather, such as thunderstorms or blizzards.

Drizzle is precipitation in the form of water droplets which are
