AREAS AFFECTED: Pine Ridge/Nebraska National Forest; Box Butte/South Sioux/Niobrara River; Lower North Platte River Basin/Scottsbluff National Monument; Lodgepole Creek/Southern Nebraska Panhandle; Niobrara/Lower Elevations of Converse/Thunder Basin National Grassland; Middle North Platte River Basin/Niobrara and Converse High Plains; Southern Laramie Valley; Southern Laramie Range; Laramie Foothills and High Plains; Laramie East High Plains; Bordeaux/Chugwater/Wheatland; Goshen/Middle-Lower North Platte River Basin
DESCRIPTION: The National Weather Service in Cheyenne has issued a Red Flag Warning, which is in effect from 11 AM to 5 PM MST Sunday. The Fire Weather Watch has been upgraded. * AFFECTED AREA...Fire weather zones 417, 418, 428, 429, 430, 431, 432, 433 in Wyoming. Fire weather zones 434, 435, 436, 437 in western Nebraska. * WIND...West to southwest winds at 15 to 20 MPH with gusts up to 30 MPH. * HUMIDITY...12 to 15 percent. * IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
INSTRUCTION: A Red Flag Warning means that critical fire weather conditions are either occurring now, or will shortly. A combination of strong winds, low relative humidity, and warm temperatures can contribute to extreme fire behavior.

Fog is technically a type of stratus cloud, which lies along the
ground and obscures visibility.
It is usually created when humidity in the air condenses into tiny water droplets.
Because of this, some places are more prone to foggy weather, such as regions
close to a body of water.
Fog is similar to mist; both are the appearance of water droplets suspended in
the air, but fog is the term applied to the condition when visibility is less than 1 km.

Freezing rain is a condition where precipitation which has fallen in the form of
