DESCRIPTION: BLUTN The following message is transmitted at the request of the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation. A Statewide Blue Alert has been issued for Danell Maxwell. Maxwell is wanted by the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation and the Memphis Police Department for Criminal Attempted First Degree Murder of a Memphis Police Officer. He was last seen wearing dark clothing and an orange and green reflective vest. He is considered armed and dangerous. If you have any information concerning the whereabouts of Danell Maxwell, please call the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation at 1 8 0 0 T B I F I N D or the Memphis Police Department at 9 0 1 5 2 8 2 2 7 4 .

Cumulus clouds are fluffy and textured with rounded tops, and
may have flat bottoms. The border of a cumulus cloud
is clearly defined, and can have the appearance of cotton or cauliflower.
Cumulus clouds form at low altitudes (rarely above 2 km) but can grow very tall,
becoming cumulus congestus and possibly the even taller cumulonimbus clouds.
When cumulus clouds become taller, they have a greater chance of producing precipitation.
